Accounting

Our accounting services are offered as part of project management and are tailored to the specifications of each owner.    The accounting staff includes a Certified Public Accountant, Accounting Manager and Property Accountants with over 50 years of combined experience in commercial property accounting.  The Accounting department is knowledgeable in GAAP Principles and experienced with cash and accrual accounting. Various accounting controls are in place to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.  We also enlist in a Third-Party to conduct internal audits.

We strive to provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to any Owner requests or inquiries.  We have the flexibility to utilize several accounting software programs tailored to client’s preference.
